LEARNING SPECIALIST

Victoire’s Bio

Ms Victoire Kwek is a Learning Specialist at Bootstrap. She works closely with the Learning and Development team, assisting in organizing and managing training and assessment events.

Victoire studied abroad for ten years when she lived in China and Canada and gained exposure to many different cultures. Whilst in Canada, she specialized in conducting research, working in laboratories and also accumulated learning and development experience working in clinical settings.

Victoire completed her final year research on communicative skills development in individuals diagnosed with autism. She graduated with a degree in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour from McMaster University in Canada, and her background has enabled her to develop an openness and understanding that every individual and organization is unique. This has led to her interest in conducting research in corporate and organizational behaviour.
