Qin Ying’s Bio

Ms Chow Qin Ying is a Project Executive at Bootstrap, assisting in the managing of training events as well as in consultancy projects. Her previous experience includes work in the areas of Learning and Development and Customer Service in GlaxoSmithKline Pte Ltd and Starhub Ltd.

Qin Ying is currently also pursuing dual degrees in Business Administration and Industrial and Systems Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She believes that learning should not be restricted to formal training and is constantly on the lookout for opportunities to grow and improve herself.
