Johnny’s Bio

Mr Johnny Wee is a Specialist in Hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B) Management, Service Quality Management and Tourism Operation

He has worked at F&B establishments at Shangri-la Hotel, Swiss Merchant Court and Trader Vic’s in Singapore. Besides ground hands-on experience, Johnny also has international exposure, having worked in F&B establishments in Japan, San Francisco and Hawaii. His experience in F&B includes management of daily operations of a chain of outlets including financial and human resource management as well as marketing and branding.

Johnny’s expertise is in coaching, training and assessment for adult learners in F&B operations and management. He is proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay and is able to interact with foreign learners from Malaysia, China, India, Myanmar, Philippines and Indonesia.

Johnny graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Hawaii and is certified Associate of Science-Hotel and Restaurant operations from City College of San Francisco. He has also obtained Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from Singapore Training and Development Association.
